在分析高职院校在国际交流合作过程中存在问题及原因的基础上,提出高职院校开展基于专业改革和发展的国际交流合作的意义和重要性,强调对于国际交流合作基础相对薄弱的高职院校而言,国际交流合作要立足专业改革和发展的实际,使国际交流和对外合作办学项目切实落在专业,落在专业改革、课程和教学资源建设、教师发展以及学生受益的实处。
On the basis of analyzing the existing problems and the reasons in the process of international exchange and cooperation in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the significance and importance of higher vocational colleges in carrying out international exchange and cooperation based on professional reform and development.
