本文通过对高校毕业生高离职率现状的分析,指出了高校在企业文化教学方面存在薄弱环节。企业文化课程是一门融理论与实践为一体的新兴学科,文章从学生与现代企业需求相适应的角度,对企业文化课程教学提出了“四位一体”的创新性教学模式,为企业文化教学提供了理论与实践相结合的教学思路。
Based on the analysis of the present situation of the high turnover rate of college graduates, this paper points out the weak links in the corporate culture teaching in colleges and universities. The corporate culture course is a new emerging discipline integrating theory and practice. Based on the students’ adaptability to the needs of modern enterprises, the article puts forward an innovative teaching mode of “four in one” to the teaching of corporate culture, Cultural teaching provides a combination of theory and practice of teaching ideas.
