旅游业是当今最大的文化服务产业,桂林市是我国入境旅游接待人数排名前十的重点旅游城市,本文将英语游客对其景点汉英翻译的接受程度作为研究对象,以问卷调查和个人访谈的方式,通过实证分析得出英语国家游客对桂林市旅游景点汉英翻译的接受程度需待提高的结论,并根据目的论对中英文景点的语言特点进行分析,提出了翻译对策。
Tourism is the largest cultural service industry today. Guilin is one of the top ten tourist cities in China for inbound tourism reception. In this paper, English tourists’ acceptance of Chinese and English translation of their sights is taken as the research object. Questionnaires and personal interviews Through empirical analysis, it concludes that English-speaking tourists need to improve the acceptance of Chinese-English translations of tourist attractions in Guilin. Based on the Skopos theory, this paper analyzes the characteristics of Chinese and English language attractions and proposes the translation strategies.
