介绍了复杂弹体铝合金铸件精确组芯(型)造型的工艺过程,内芯采用铬铁矿树脂砂,外型采用石英树脂砂代替潮模砂,采用低压铸造。在铸造工艺设计、造型工艺分析、模具设计、制芯、组芯方法等方面进行了改进。最终获得了高精度、优质的复杂铝合金铸件。该造型工艺能够应用于多个铝铸件产品中,具有良好的效果。
The process of precise core assembly (shape) of complex aluminum alloy castings is introduced. The chromite resin sand is used in the inner core. Quartz resin sand is used instead of tide sand in appearance, and low pressure casting is adopted.
