冷轧板表面缺陷是影响成材率的主要因素之一。经过长期检测与分析,表面夹杂物引起的表面缺陷占50%。通过对冷轧板表面夹杂物成分和铸坯中夹杂物的尺寸与数量的分析,找到了提高表面质量的途径。
Cold rolled sheet surface defects affect the rate of one of the main factors. After long-term testing and analysis, surface defects caused by inclusions accounted for 50%. By analyzing the composition of the inclusions on the surface of the cold rolled sheet and the size and amount of inclusions in the slab, ways to improve the surface quality are found.
