理论界对“对立统一规律”的理解是从列宁的“对立面的统一”的学说直接提炼而来。但两者从语法结构到语义都有差异,对立面的统一规律与马克思和恩格斯对本规律的认识更为一致。重回对立面的统一规律之名,需要对规律内涵做出三方面的正确理解:同一性的相对性,对立面的统一是发展,发展是对立面的统一。以此才能澄清对这一规律的误解,把辩证法聚焦在矛盾的对立面的统一。对立面的统一是世界潮流,在“命运共同体”理念和现实中得到充分体现,此规律将进一步夯实命运共同体的哲学根基。对立面的统一规律凸显的和谐与融合维度同中国传统文化基因相合,更有利于马克思主义的中国化、大众化,两者的融合互动更有利于发展中国特色社会主义文化。
The understanding of “the law of the unity of opposites” in theorists is derived directly from the doctrine of “unification of opposites” in Lenin. However, both of them differ from grammatical structure to semantic meaning. The unity of the opposite is more consistent with Marx and Engels’ understanding of this law. To return to the name of the unifying law of opposites requires a proper understanding of the law’s connotation in three aspects: the relativity of identities, the unification of opposites, and the unification of opposites. Only in this way can we be able to clarify the misunderstanding of this law and focus the dialectics on the unity of opposing opposites. The unity of opposites is the world trend and is fully reflected in the concept and reality of “community of destiny”. This law will further consolidate the philosophical foundation of the community of destiny. The unification of the law of opposites highlights the harmony and integration dimension with the Chinese traditional cultural gene and is more conducive to the sinicization and popularization of Marxism. The integration and interaction between the two are more conducive to the development of a socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.
