目的:优选白茅根水提物中绿原酸的最佳提取工艺,测定绿原酸的含量。方法:通过正交试验设计考察白茅根水提物中的最佳提取工艺;采用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量。结果:白茅根水提物中绿原酸的最佳提取条件为加16倍量水,回流提取3次,1h/次。精密度、重复性、稳定性、回收率试验结果均比较理想,测定的绿原酸含量达到0.139%。结论:该方法快速简便,结果准确,可作为白茅根水提物的质量控制方法之一。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction of chlorogenic acid from the Rhizoma Imperatae aqueous extract and determine the content of chlorogenic acid. Methods: The optimal extraction process of Rhizoma Imperatae aqueous extract was studied by orthogonal design. The content of chlorogenic acid was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The optimum extraction conditions of chlorogenic acid in the Rhizoma Imperatae aqueous extract were 16 times of the amount of water, reflux extraction 3 times, 1h / time. The results of precision, repeatability, stability and recovery were all ideal, and the content of chlorogenic acid was 0.139%. Conclusion: The method is rapid and simple, accurate and can be used as one of the quality control methods of Rhizoma Imperatae aqueous extract.
