以盆栽大豆为试验材料,以新型化控种衣剂为处理,以常规种衣剂为对照,在4℃低温条件下研究了两种种衣剂对大豆幼苗根系和叶片中内源激素含量的影响。结果表明,在低温胁迫下,处理和对照在根系和叶片中各种内源激素的变化趋势一致;化控种衣剂处理的IAA(生长素)和CTKs(细胞分裂素)含量比对照高,GAs(赤霉素)和ABA(脱落酸)含量比对照低。化控种衣剂显著影响了大豆内源激素系统的变化过程,提高了大豆幼苗的抗寒性。
Taking potted soybean as test material and new controlled seed coating as treatment, the effects of two seed coating agents on endogenous hormone content in soybean seedling roots and leaves were studied under the condition of 4 ℃ low temperature. . The results showed that the changes of endogenous hormones in roots and leaves were the same under low temperature stress. The content of IAA (auxin) and CTKs (cytokinin) in the control seed coating was higher than that in the control, GAs (gibberellin) and ABA (abscisic acid) were lower than the control. Chemical control seed coating significantly affected the process of soybean endogenous hormone system, increased the cold resistance of soybean seedlings.
