通过酒用高粱7个品种产量性状比较,结果表明:两杂交种产量性状较优。地方种之间则以矮子黑亮、青壳子产量性状优于其余3品种。产量顺序依次为矮子黑壳>青壳子>铜粱矮>忻杂7号>原杂10号>81-1>清镇糯。主要生育特性相关分析:茎粗与穗粒重呈显著正相关r=0.86021。拔节期叶面积与枝梗数呈极显著正相关r=0.9769。各品种品质分析:蛋白质含量达11%以上,高于酿酒需要的品质指标,其余淀粉、单宁等含量,均在加工品质要求范围内。
Through the comparison of the yield traits of seven varieties of sorghum, the results showed that the yield traits of the two hybrids were better. Among the local species, the dwarf was black and bright, and the yield of the green shell was better than the other three varieties. The order of yield was dwarf black shell> green shell> copper beam dwarf> Xin Miscellaneous 7> original hybrid 10> 81-1> Qingzhen waxy. Correlation analysis of main reproductive traits: There was a significant positive correlation between stem diameter and spike weight (r = 0.86021). At jointing stage, leaf area was significantly and positively correlated with branch number (r = 0.9769). Quality analysis of all varieties: protein content of 11% or more, higher than the quality requirements of wine, the rest of the starch, tannin and other content, are in the processing of quality requirements.
