应用日立835-50氨基酸自动分析仪,测定了中药胡芦巴中17种氨基酸的含量,其中人体必需氨基酸7种。本文为评价胡芦巴的药用及食用价值提供了依据。
Hitachi 835-50 amino acid automatic analyzer was used to determine the content of 17 kinds of amino acids in fenugreek, including 7 essential amino acids. This article provides a basis for evaluating the medicinal and edible value of fenugreek.
