研究了一种高稳定的半导体激光二极管稳流与恒温控制电路 ,以及锁定于铷原子D2 线的稳频实验方法。使用该电路 ,半导体激光管的注入电流与工作温度稳定度可达 10 -5;锁定于原子谱线后 ,半导体二极管激光的频率稳定度在平均采样时间 10S内可达 10 -9。
A high stability semiconductor laser diode steady current and constant temperature control circuit, as well as locked in the rubidium atomic D2 line frequency stabilization experimental method. With this circuit, the injection current and operating temperature stability of the semiconductor laser tube can reach 10 -5. After the atomic line is locked, the semiconductor laser diode’s frequency stability can reach 10 -9 within 10 s of the average sampling time.
