“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”(简称“一带一路”)构想,寄托着多层次的区域合作愿景,展现了我国发展区域共赢合作的新理念、新蓝图、新途径和新模式。“互联互通”是推进“一带一路”战略构想实施的基本条件,同时“一带一路”战略的实施也为卫星应用带来了新的机遇。为推动我国“一带一路”战略的实施和卫星应用快速、健康发展,鼓励创新思维,活跃学术气氛,加强卫星应用专业技术和产业化经验交流,推动卫星应用产业自主化、体系化、多元化、商业化发展,“2015年卫星应用学术交流与研讨会”拟定9月下旬召开,本次会议的主题是“卫星应用助力‘一带一路’战略实施”。欢迎卫星应用领域专家、学者及广大卫星应用科技人员踊跃投稿。
