肺不张是常见的肺科临床征象，各年龄组均可发生。为探讨肺不张的病因，特点及纤维文气管镜（以下简称纤支镜）的诊断作用，现将我院防保组1987年3月～1997年3月间，176例肺不张患者的纤支镜检查结果报告如下。临床资料1、一般资料：住院80例，门诊96例。男性110例，女性66例。
