岁末年初,翻检近日报章,一条消息映入眼帘:2011年吴忠市经济实现逆势增长。全市上下紧紧围绕科学发展、跨越发展两大主题,保增长、转方式、惠民生、促和谐,实现了“十二五”良好开局。全年完成地区生产总值260亿元,增长13%,比全区平均增速高1个百分点。地方财政收入42.1亿元,增长28.6%,其中一般预算收入21.2亿元,增长35.1%。完成固定资产投资260亿元,增长42.8%,增幅居全区前列。这是冬天里飘来的又一缕早春的信息。一年之计在于春。面对变化奠测的世界经济和国内经济发展的不确定因素,吴忠市党委、政府审时度势,提出用“继续砥砺奋进”的意志,加快转变发展方式,建设宁夏沿黄经济崛起区、生态文明示范区、城乡统筹发展样板区、民族团结进步模范区、黄河善谷先行区的目标。努力走出一条既科学发展,又跨越前行的和谐发展之路。如何进一步认识吴忠市未来的发展?如何突破建设发展中的困难和瓶颈?带着这些问题,《宁夏画报》记者不久前采访了吴忠市市长吴玉才。
