针对承钢含钛烧结矿存在的强度差、低温还原粉化严重等实际问题,在实验室进行了不同普通铁精粉配比含钛烧结矿矿相结构的研究。结果表明:烧结原料中随普通铁精粉配比的增加,含钛烧结矿中金属相含量明显降低,而黏结相含量增加,其中钙钛矿含量降低,铁酸钙含量明显升高;显微结构逐渐均匀化,由粒状结构过渡到熔蚀结构,骸晶状钛赤铁矿含量降低;对应的烧结矿强度及低温还原粉化性能得到进一步改善。
Aiming at the practical problems, such as the low strength and the low temperature reduction and pulverization in the bearing titanium bearing sinter, the research on the phase structure of the different sinter containing titanium bearing sinter in the laboratory was carried out. The results show that the content of metal phase in the sinter with titanium is obviously decreased and the content of the binder phase is increased with the increase of the proportion of normal iron concentrate in the sinter raw material, in which the content of perovskite decreases and the content of calcium ferrite increases obviously. The structure is gradually homogenized, and the transition from granular structure to the eroded structure leads to the decrease of crystalline content of hematite. The corresponding strength and low-temperature reduction pulverization properties of sinter are further improved.
