采用脱乳糖旦白奶配合治疗婴儿腹泻14例获得较好的效果。现报告如下: 14例均系我院1981年8—12月住院患儿,月龄为1—9个月。其中重型9例,轻型5例;病程在6天以内者3例,1～2周者4例,2周以上者7例。14例中有7例经6～18天住院治疗后腹泻仍无明显减轻。服用脱乳糖旦白奶1～3日后,各例之腹泻均见逐步减轻。腹泻次数自每日4～11次,减少为每日1～3次者有10例,其余4例的病程录仅记载腹泻有好转,未详记腹泻次
The use of lactose bleaching milk with the treatment of infant diarrhea in 14 cases to obtain better results. Now report as follows: 14 cases were in our hospital from August to December 1981 hospitalized children, age of 1-9 months. Including 9 cases of heavy type and 5 cases of light type. There were 3 cases in 6 days, 4 cases in 1 ~ 2 weeks, 7 cases more than 2 weeks. Seven of the 14 patients were still not relieved of diarrhea after 6 to 18 days of hospitalization. After taking lactose denudation milk 1 to 3 days, all cases of diarrhea are gradually reduced. The frequency of diarrhea was 4 ~ 11 times a day, reduced to 1 ~ 3 times a day, 10 cases, the remaining 4 cases recorded only records of diarrhea have improved, not diarrhea times
