基于模糊控制器不过多依赖于被控对象数学模型的特点,提出的一种变结构模糊控制算法,不仅具备普通模糊控制器适应性强的优点,而且还能有效地克服模糊控制系统常常存在的稳态性能指标不高的缺陷。据此控制策略研制的实时变结构模糊控制器通过在电网安全稳定控制中的应用,证明其动态和静态性能均达到了满意的效果。
