When a man became official and in charge, he was called a “seat” in the officialdom in popular terms. The officials sitting in various “positions” how to deal with the power at hand are often new topics. From ancient to modern times, though great changes have taken place in our society, on the whole officials’ “position” concept is still no more than two. One is to cherish it, treat it with caution, Benefit; the other is to play with it, abuse it, find ways to seek personal gain. Obviously, the two completely different notions of “position” not only reflect the different mentality of officials treating power, but also determine their own value orientation and ultimately the outcome: Liu Fang still stinks.
