电推进地面环境模拟试验主要用于完成对电推进器性能和可靠性等进行测试。由于电推进羽流效应的影响,电推进地面环境试验对于试验设备提出了严格的真空抽气要求。文章通过对电推进系统工作时的试验特点、真空要求及存在问题进行分析,结合国际上电推进地面环境试验设备的发展现状与研究进展,对该类测试设备的真空系统实现配置进行研究,总结出应对该类试验所需的真空抽气策略与研究方法,为后续电推进地面环境试验设备的研制和试验测试提供参考。
The electric ground simulation test is mainly used to test the performance and reliability of the electric thruster. Due to the effect of the electric propulsion plume effect, the electric propulsion ground test proposed a rigorous vacuum pumping requirement for the test equipment. Based on the characteristics of the test, the requirements of vacuum and the existing problems during the operation of the electric propulsion system, the article studies the configuration of the vacuum system of the test equipment based on the development status and research progress of the international electrified ground-based test equipment. In order to provide reference for the development and test of electric ground testing equipment in future, the strategies and research methods of vacuum pumping needed to deal with these kinds of tests are provided.
