近年来,党中央、国务院围绕保证政令畅通,从严格政治纪律、转变工作作风、简政放权、转变职能等多方面采取措施,有效地保证了各项政策的贯彻落实。在以问题为导向的当下,“政出多门”的问题正在得到有关部门的重视。要充分认识“政出多门”问题的弊端:其政策矛盾冲突,导致基层无所适从;项目资金分散,导致基层建设低效;创建评比较多,导致基层疲于应付。 In recent years, the Central Party Committee and the State Council have taken measures to ensure smooth flow of government decrees, strict political discipline, change of working style, streamlining administration and decentralization, and changing their functions, which effectively ensured the implementation of various policies. At the moment of problem-orientation, the issue of “multiple political issues” is receiving the attention of relevant departments. We must fully understand the shortcomings of the issue of “going out from government to government”: the contradictions in their policies have led to confusion among grassroots units; the scattered funds of projects have led to the inefficiency of grassroots construction; and the establishment of more appraisals has resulted in the grassroots being struggling to cope.
