在这个特别注重饮食健康的年代,人们赋予了食物很多特殊本领,比如“感光食物”的出现告诉人们夏季要少吃这些食物,以免黑色素沉积。还有些食物被赋予“天然的防晒霜”称号,人们认为多吃这类食物可起到防晒的作用,甚至有的食物可用于晒后修复等等。普普通通的食物真的有这些神奇功效吗?
In this age of special dietary health, people are given special skills in food. For example, the appearance of “light food” tells people to eat fewer foods in summer so as not to deposit melanin. Some foods are given the title of “Natural Sunscreen”, people think that eating more of these foods can play a role in sun protection, and even some food can be used after sun repair and so on. Do ordinary foods really have these amazing effects?
