本实验用生理指标测定、心脏解剖称重、形态学观察和形态计量学方法,动态观察中药前胡对低氧大鼠腺泡内肺动脉(IAPA)构形重组及肺动脉高压(PHT)形成的逆转恢复作用。结果表明:前胡不仅能拮抗缺氧性IAPA收缩,降低肺动脉压力,抑制肺动脉壁细胞增殖与肥大,还能在一定程度上逆转肺动脉高压的结构和功能。提示前胡也是治疗低氧性IAPA构型重组和肺动脉高压的有效药物之一。
In this experiment, physiological indicators, cardiac anatomy weighing, morphological observation and morphometric analysis were used to observe the dynamic changes of Chinese herbal medicine Peucedanum squamosa Recipient’s reorganization of intra-acinar pulmonary artery (IAPA) remodeling and pulmonary hypertension (PHT) formation in hypoxic rats. Restoration. The results showed that Qianhu can not only antagonize the contraction of hypoxic IAPA, reduce pulmonary artery pressure, inhibit the proliferation and hypertrophy of pulmonary artery parietal cells, but also can reverse the structure and function of pulmonary hypertension to some extent. It is suggested that Qianhu is also one of the effective drugs to treat hypoxic IAPA remodeling and pulmonary hypertension.
