自1979年,中国为广告正名后,广告业在不到20年时间中,真可谓突飞猛进。据统计,1978年末,整个中国经营广告业务的公司不到10家,报刊、广播电台、电视台基本上不经营广告业务。而到1996年底,全国已有广告公司5万多家,从业人员达40余万,年营业额高达300亿元。广告业的飞速发展,适应并推动了市场经济的发展。作为市场经济先导产业的广告,在可以预计的不太长的时期中,还将呈现出强劲的势头。在看到广告业的发展主流时,我们不能不面对一个严峻的事实:广告业中大量的无序甚至违法现象,正在侵害着市场肌
