椎管内肿瘤的诊断和治疗,至今仍是值得重视的问题。现将我科1978～1984年收治的资料较完整的100例椎管内肿瘤总结如下。临床资料本组100例中,男70例、女30例;20岁以下23例,60岁以上8例,余69例在20～60岁间。88例做了手术(8例为髓内肿瘤,80例为髓外肿瘤),12例椎管内碘油造影有典型改变,但未经手术证实。肿瘤发生于胸段55例(55%),颈段15例(15%),
Diagnosis and treatment of spinal canal tumor is still a problem worth attention. Now our department from 1978 to 1984 more complete information on 100 cases of spinal canal tumor summarized as follows. Clinical data of this group of 100 cases, 70 males and 30 females; 20 years of age in 23 cases, more than 60 years of age in 8 cases, 69 cases in the 20 to 60 years old. Eighty-eight patients underwent surgery (eight with intramedullary tumors and 80 with extramedullary tumors). Twelve of the patients had typical changes in spinal iodine oil imaging but were not surgically confirmed. Tumors occurred in 55 cases (55%) of thoracic segments, 15 cases (15%) of cervical segments,
