目的:建立气相色谱法检测一次性使用输液器中环己酮残留量的方法。方法:采用DB-FFAP(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm)毛细管柱,以氮气为载气,FID检测,程序升温。结果:环己酮在0.01~0.50 μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9991),最低检测限为1 ng·ml-1。结论:本方法简便、准确、快速,可用于一次性使用输液器中环己酮残留量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of cyclohexanone residues in disposable infusion sets by gas chromatography. Methods: DB-FFAP (30 m × 0.32 mm, 0.25 μm) capillary column was used. Nitrogen gas was used as the carrier gas for FID detection and the program was warmed. Results: Cyclohexanone showed a good linearity (r = 0.9991) in the range of 0.01-0.50 μg · ml-1 with a minimum detection limit of 1 ng · ml-1. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and rapid and can be used for the determination of cyclohexanone residues in disposable infusion sets.
