在医疗机构普遍实行市场化运作、行医者更看重经济效益的情况下,特别是某些唯利是图的医院、医生为谋利,不择手段地宰割患者,出现了天价医药费、小病当成大病看、重复检查、重复开药等诸多负面事件的情况下,许多患者面对医务人员,特别是面对医生,心里很难涌起信任感和敬重感。人们找医生看病,在许多情况下是怀着迫不得已、无可奈何的心态,在这样的心态下,患者面对医生,心里只有警惕,没有温情,在许多患者眼里,医生就是医生,和温情、亲人毫不沾边。但我们在采访大连市社区卫生服务中心的过程中,却亲眼见证了许多社区卫生服务中心的片医及其他医务人员亲人般的服务、亲人般的关怀。
In the situation where medical institutions generally implement market-oriented operations and medical practitioners value economic efficiency, especially certain hospitals and doctors who are profit-seeking are trying to make profits, and they use unreasonable methods to kill patients, resulting in astronomical medical expenses, minor illnesses, and serious illnesses. In the case of many negative events such as examinations and repeated drug prescriptions, many patients face difficulties in trusting and respecting medical personnel, especially doctors. When people are looking for a doctor to see a doctor, in many cases, they are forced and helpless. In this state of mind, patients face doctors. They only have vigilance and no warmth. In the eyes of many patients, doctors are doctors and warmhearted and loved ones. Never touched. However, in the process of interviewing the Dalian Community Health Service Center, we witnessed the care of relatives and relatives of the doctors and other medical personnel at many community health service centers.
