介绍了钢管材质计算机在线分检系统的总体结构 ,提出了一种基于经验值的统计递推分检算法 .当同规格不同批的钢管检测数据严重离散 ,且在检测前不用样管先调试的情况下 ,这种方法很好地解决了生产线上钢管材质的检测问题 .文中给出了现场测试的结果 .
This paper introduces the overall structure of on-line sorting system of steel pipe material computer and proposes a statistical recursive sub-sorting algorithm based on experience value.When the pipe testing data of different batches of different specifications are seriously discrete and need not be debugged before testing Case, this method is a good solution to the production line of pipe material testing problems.The article gives the results of the field test.
