天保工程的实施深刻影响了国有林场的发展,2015年开始的国有林场改革势必推动天保工程建设。文章从山西实际出发,探讨国有林场改革与天保工程建设的关系,以改革创新的思维谋划工程建设,用工程建设的政策支撑推进国有林场改革发展,深化国有林场改革,加快天保工程建设。
The implementation of the Natural Forest Protection Project has profoundly affected the development of the state-owned forest farms. The reform of the state-owned forest farms that started in 2015 will surely promote the construction of the natural forest protection project. Based on the actual situation of Shanxi Province, this paper discusses the relationship between the reform of state-owned forest farms and the construction of Natural Forest Protection Project, plans construction with reform and innovation, promotes the reform and development of state-owned forest farms with the policy of engineering construction, deepens the reform of state-owned forest farms and accelerates the construction of natural forest protection projects.
