目的评价安徽省示范区/全球基金艾滋病项目地区中学生艾滋病防治教育效果。为该人群健康教育提供依据。方法采取分层整群抽样方法,对我省10个示范区/全球基金项目县6793名中学生以面对面方式进行问卷调查。结果艾滋病防治知识平均知晓率为92.29%。无偿献血不会传染艾滋病知晓率由中期评估的46.3%上升到86.8%(χ2=2043.71,P<0.001),每6个月以上献血1次对身体无害知晓率中期评估的59.1%上升到91%(χ2=1370.47,P<0.001)。结论安徽省项目地区中学生艾滋病教育效果较好,知识知晓率达到了第二个五年计划目标要求。今后应持续加强学校对中学生艾滋病防治教育。
Objective To evaluate the effect of AIDS prevention and control education among middle school students in Anhui demonstration area / Global Fund AIDS Program area. Provide the basis for the health education of this group. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to survey 6793 middle school students in 10 demonstration areas / Global Fund Project counties in the province by face to face. Results The average awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge was 92.29%. The awareness rate of HIV / AIDS without Gratuitous HIV infection rose from 46.3% in the interim assessment to 86.8% (χ2 = 2043.71, P <0.001), and 59.1% of the mid-term assessments of the rate of harm to the body in patients who donated blood more than 6 months increased to 91 % (χ2 = 1370.47, P <0.001). Conclusion HIV / AIDS education among middle school students in Anhui Province is effective and the awareness of knowledge reached the target of the second five-year plan. The school should continue to strengthen AIDS prevention and control education for secondary school students in the future.
