对今年中国的房价特别是北京市的房价,许多业内大腕们看涨甚至认为要大涨,因为北京出台了4号文件,短期土地供应将减少,房价必涨,今年不涨2005、2006年会涨。真的吗?我不仅对这种预测表示怀疑,而且认为这荒谬之至,规范地产交易将涨,不规范或规范得不够也涨,这太不合乎逻辑了。1.
