可控电解珩磨是以微计算机实时控制电解珩磨过程中工件表面的电解 电场强度,从而调控各点金属去除速度,获得工件要求几何形状精度的新加 工方法.该方法尤其适用于高精度复杂形状工件、难加工金属材料工件的精 密加工.通过对该方法加工机理的研究,建立和完善了该方法的基本理论,并 提出了一些新概念和对该加工方法体系电解液的基本要求.通过实验,选择 出5种各具特色的电解液,对其准稳态加工条件下的加工特性进行了比较深 入的研究,发现并验证了该加工方法的速度特性. Controllable electrolytic honing is a new processing method of real-time control of the electric field strength of the surface of the workpiece during the electrolytic honing process by micro-computer so as to control the metal removal speed at each point and obtain the geometric precision of the workpiece. The method is especially suitable for the precision machining of high-precision complex-shape workpieces and difficult-to-process metal material workpieces. Through the study of the processing mechanism of the method, the basic theory of the method is established and perfected, and some new concepts and the basic requirements for the electrolyte of the processing method are proposed. Through experiment, five kinds of electrolyte with different characteristics were selected, and their processing characteristics under quasi-steady state processing were studied deeply. The speed characteristics of the processing method were found and verified.
