保障性安居工程是天津市20项民心工程之首,在2008年至2012年间,天津保障房建设供地达1988公顷,为同期计划的186%。如何对保障性安居工程项目用地进行科学、合理的选取,成为一个重要问题。本文通过对层次分析法(AHP)、多元线性回归模型等方法的研究发现,利用此种方法并结合保障性住房安居工程用地选取的特殊性,可以直接有效地对项目用地进行科学合理的选取,在保障性安居工程前期供地阶段的可行性分析中进行充分分析决策。
The affordable housing project is the first of 20 popular projects in Tianjin. Between 2008 and 2012, the supply of affordable housing in Tianjin reached 1988 hectares, representing 186% of the plan for the same period. How to select the land for affordable housing projects scientifically and rationally has become an important issue. Through the research of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Multivariate Linear Regression Model, we find that using this method combined with the particularity of the selection of land for affordable housing project can directly and effectively select the project land in a scientific and reasonable way, Make full analysis and decision-making in the feasibility analysis of the phase of land supply during the early stage of affordable housing project.
