社会的进步、科学技术的迅猛发展,进行创造性教育,培养具有独立性和创造精神的学生.已成为当今学校面临的最迫切的任务。着眼于培养21世纪高素质人才,结合我校实际,我们的办学目标定位在:全面夯实基础,培养创新人才。如何使这一办学目标落到实处?我们考虑到,小学生的大部分时间是在课堂中度过的,必须抓好课堂教学这个主渠道。我们相信,只要方法得当,在课堂教学中不仅可以打好基础,同时可以培养学生的创新意识。关键是要找到科学的方法,开启学生思维的门扉。经过缜密考虑,我们选择了“问题本位”教学,作为我校教育科研的一个课题,也作为我校提高课堂教学质量的一个切入点。
Social progress, the rapid development of science and technology, creative education and the cultivation of students who are independent and creative have become the most urgent tasks facing schools today. Focusing on cultivating high-quality talent in the 21st century, in combination with the actual conditions of our school, our goal of running a school is to lay a solid foundation for cultivating innovative talents. How to make this goal of running a school come true? We take into account that most of the pupils spent in the classroom, we must grasp the main channel of classroom teaching. We believe that as long as the method is correct, we can not only lay a solid foundation for classroom teaching, but also cultivate students' sense of innovation. The key is to find a scientific way to open the door to student thinking. After careful consideration, we have chosen the “problem-based” teaching, as an issue of education and research in our school, but also as an entry point for our school to improve the quality of classroom teaching.
