SUNG-GilHongWon-GeumEom1 INTRODUCTION Cloud broadcasting experiments were conducted in South Korea in 1963 and 1964 using a ground-based AgI generator and an aircraft dry ice simulator. Due to technical problems the test stopped after this. A serious drought hit the Korean peninsula in 1994 and 1995.
