Flower buds are the basis of fruit yield, but also form the main factor in the size of the year. To control the annual fruit size, we must study the technical measures to control the flower bud differentiation. Some experiments have proved that in the early growth of young apple trees with high concentrations of B_9, ethephon and other synthetic growth regulator treatment, inhibition of top growth and increase the amount of flowering. At present, foreign growth regulators as apple early results measures have been widely used, the chemical sparse agent (naphthylacetamide) with growth regulators (B_9 or ethephon) used to overcome the apple every year results also have some successful examples. This experiment is based on these experiences, in order to further explore the big apple tree flower bud differentiation factors and
