目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)及基质金属蛋白酶MMP-2在胚胎停育患者妊娠组织中的表达。方法采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测26例胚胎停育患者(实验组)及20例正常早孕要求流产患者(对照组)绒毛及蜕膜组织中骨桥蛋白(OPN)及基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2)mRNA的表达量。结果胚胎停育患者绒毛组织中OPN及MMP-2的表达均明显低于正常早孕患者绒毛组织中的表达(P<0.05),二者呈正相关。结论 OPN及MMP-2在胚胎停育发生机制中起到一定作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of osteopontin (OPN) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in pregnant women with embryo stop. Methods The expression of osteopontin (OPN) in villi and decidua of 26 patients with embryo implantation (experimental group) and 20 patients with normal pregnancy requiring abortion (control group) was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) And matrix metalloproteinase (MMP-2) mRNA expression levels. Results The expression of OPN and MMP-2 in the chorionic villi of patients with embryo implantation were significantly lower than those in normal early pregnancy (P <0.05), and both were positively correlated. Conclusion OPN and MMP-2 play an important role in the mechanism of embryo shutdown.
