由于投入于环境卫生的基础设施较缺乏,生态环境因大量的城市垃圾而受到严重的破坏。据调查统计表明,我国历年堆积的城市垃圾已达70亿吨,占地5亿多平方米,平均每年产生的量大概为1.5亿吨,而现在每年的垃圾增长率为8%~10%,因此,面临的环境污染的防治和人们生活质量受影响的一个重要问题就是处理城市生活垃圾,探索环境卫生事业发展绩效思路具有重要的意义。
Due to the lack of infrastructure for environmental sanitation, the ecological environment has been severely damaged by large amounts of urban waste. According to the survey statistics, the accumulated urban garbage in our country has reached 7 billion tons over the past five years and covers an area of more than 500 million square meters, with an average annual production of about 150 million tons. At present, the annual growth rate of garbage is 8% -10% Therefore, facing the prevention and control of environmental pollution and the quality of people's life, an important issue is that it is of great significance to deal with municipal solid waste and explore the performance of environmental health development.
