本文基于对Ainley、Mathieson给出的试验曲线和若干透平叶栅试验结果的综合分析,提出了一种轴流式透平性能估算方法。对西方广为应用的AMDC损失模型进行了改进。在改进后的损失模型中,定义了新的叶片负荷系数,并用它作为一个特性准则导出了叶型损失计算公式。理论和实际表明,它比Ainley、Mathieson方法更能揭示叶栅流动机理。推导了动、静坐标系下的气体运动方程,并采用流线曲率法编制了电子计算机程序,计算了一个实例。对该实例来说,估算的结果与试验非常符合,流量与效率误差均不超过0.5%。
Based on a comprehensive analysis of the test curves given by Ainley and Mathieson and the results of several turbine cascades, a method of estimating the axial flow turbine performance is proposed. The widely used AMDC loss model in the West has been improved. In the improved loss model, a new blade load coefficient is defined, and it is used as a characteristic criterion to derive the calculation formula of the blade loss. The theory and practice show that it can reveal cascade flow mechanism better than Ainley and Mathieson methods. The equations of motion of gas under the moving and stationary coordinate systems are deduced. The computer program of the flow curvature method is programmed and an example is given. For this example, the estimated results are in good agreement with the test, with errors in flow and efficiency not exceeding 0.5%.
