地球生命体系提供给人类社会的生物物种极其丰富复杂,但人类在利用资源时却表现得十分单一,尤其日益经济全球化的时代,这种对资源利用的单一性偏向已经严重地带来了资源浪费,影响到人类的生存安全,这是文化霸权的一种表现。其实,在人类文明中,不同民族都有利用不同资源的智慧或知识,如果这些智慧与知识得到尊重和启用,不仅可以对地球资源的均衡利用,而且也能对地球生态系统进行精心维护,使人类能够在对地球资源的高效利用与精心维护中实现人类的可持续发展。这对缓解当今人类面临的资源危机具有重大的现实价值。
