目的对内蒙古地区野生黄芩Scutellaria baicalensis的资源进行调查,并估算野生黄芩的储量。方法采用3S技术和分层实地调研相结合的方法选取了植被类型、海拔、年降雨量和年均温4个指标,作为内蒙古地区野生黄芩重要生境划分指标。根据野生黄芩在内蒙古地区的生境适宜性情况,对4个指标进行分层,各指标均分为最适宜、适宜、次适宜、不适宜4个层,从不同的层里采用简单随机抽样的方法进行野外调查。结果建立了基于4个气象生境因子的野生黄芩资源储量估算模型,并估算内蒙古地区野生黄芩的总资源储量为1.9万t。结论该方法可为第4次全国中药资源普查和基于3S技术的中药资源多空间尺度模型估算提供重要参数。
Objective To investigate the resources of wild Scutellaria baicalensis in Inner Mongolia and to estimate the reserves of wild Scutellaria baicalensis. Methods The 3S techniques and stratified field research were combined to select four indicators of vegetation type, elevation, annual rainfall and annual average temperature as the index of important habitats for wild Scutellaria baicalensis in Inner Mongolia. According to the habitat suitability of wild Scutellaria baicalensis in Inner Mongolia, the four indicators were stratified, and the indexes were divided into the most suitable, appropriate, sub-suitable, not suitable for four layers, using simple random sampling from different layers Conduct field investigation. Results Based on four meteorological habitat factors, a model for estimating the reserves of wild Scutellaria baicalensis was established and the total reserves of wild Scutellaria baicalensis in Inner Mongolia were estimated to be 19 000 t. Conclusion This method can provide important parameters for the 4th national survey of Chinese medicine resources and the multi-spatial scale model estimation of traditional Chinese medicine resources based on 3S technology.
