平菇(Pleurotus Ostreatus)是当前国内广泛栽培且价廉的食用蕈之一。它不仅有较高的营养价值,经常食用还能降低血清胆固醇和血压。我院曾应用平菇原粉有效地抑制了由高血脂诱发的家兔动脉粥样硬化(以下简称As)病变的发生。本实验的目的是观察平菇原粉有无治疗As的作用。现将实验结果报告如下: Pleurotus Ostreatus is one of the most widely used and inexpensive mushrooms in the country.
