吕平安:农民育种家造福万千农户农民育种家吕平安继豫麦49通过省审、国审后,豫麦49-198系又通过省审;在2006年河南省重大科技项目“超级小麦新品种培育”全省公开招标中再次夺标。1998年,他培育的小麦新品种豫麦49通过省审,2000年又顺利通过国审,并获得省科技进步一等奖。2001年,豫麦49又被科技部、财政部等四部委联合评为国家“九五”重点科技攻关计划优秀科技成果,并被科技部、农业部评定为“九五”期间主要农作物重大“后补助”新品种。吕平安由一位地地道道的农民成长为省重大科技攻关项目首席专家、国家小麦工程技术研究中心客座研究员。2005年9月,吕平安培育的豫麦49-198系又通过省审定。另外,吕平安
