2月19日,习近平总书记来到人民日报社、新华社、中央电视台3家中央新闻单位调研,下午主持召开党的新闻舆论工作座谈会。在新闻舆论工作座谈会上,习近平总书记特别谈到,领导干部要增强同媒体打交道的能力,善于运用媒体宣讲政策主张、了解社情民意、发现矛盾问题、引导社会情绪、动员人民群众、推动实际工作。
On February 19, General Secretary Xi Jinping came to the Central News Agency of the People’s Daily, Xinhua News Agency and China Central Television for investigation. In the afternoon, he presided over a forum for the press work of the media. At the press conference, General Secretary Xi Jinping specifically mentioned that leading cadres should enhance their ability to deal with the media, be good at using the media to preach policy proposals, understand social conditions and public opinion, find out contradictions, guide social emotions, mobilize the people and promote practical jobs.
