本文通过对西华师范大学近八年大学生违纪的情况进行统计分析,结果表明:大学生违纪主要有日常生活、行为违纪,学业违纪,品德违纪,其他违纪;严重违纪(记过及以上处分)由打架、作弊、偷窃、旷课、违反室规等事端组成。加强大学生的思想政治素养,培养学生的自律意识,加强学风,教风建设和辅导员队伍建设可以有效防止或减少学生违纪。
This article through the statistical analysis of the disciplinary cases of college students in West China Normal University in recent eight years, the results show that: college students violate disciplines are mainly daily life, behavior disciplines, academic discipline, moral integrity, other disciplines; serious discipline (remember and above) , Cheating, stealing, truancy, violating room rules and other matters. Strengthening students ’ideological and political accomplishments, cultivating students’ awareness of self-discipline, strengthening the style of study, building a good teaching style and building a contingent of counselors can effectively prevent or reduce student discipline.
