目的 确定弹射座椅肩带惯性拉紧装置自动拉力适宜值范围 ,为高性能弹射座椅肩带惯性拉紧装置的国产化设计提供工效学依据。 方法 6 0名受试者靠坐在弹射座椅上 ,克服 0、2、4、6和 8kg大小的肩带后拉力 ,肩部从完全拉紧位置前倾 45 0 m m伸臂做手指按键反应。比较肩带后拉力变化对受试者按键反应时的影响。 结果 肩带后拉力等于或大于 4kg时 ,受试者前倾按键的反应时比 0 kg拉力条件下显著延长 (P<0 .0 1)。 结论 弹射座椅肩带惯性拉紧装置自动拉力应不小于1kg,不大于 4kg
Objective To determine the appropriate range of automatic tension for the inertia tensioning device of the ejector seat, providing ergonomic basis for the localization design of the inertia tensioning device for the high performance ejecting seat strap. Methods Sixty subjects were seated on an ejection seat to overcome the 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8 kg pull-back straps and the shoulder was tilted 45 0 mm forward from the fully-tensioned position to perform a finger-push reaction . Compare the effect of the change of shoulder tension on the keypress response of the subjects. As a result, when the shoulder tension was equal to or greater than 4 kg, the response of the subject leaning forward was significantly longer than that of the 0 kg tension (P <0.01). Conclusion Ejection seat strap inertial tension device automatic tension should not be less than 1kg, not more than 4kg
