目的探讨五参安神胶囊对慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠的行为学、体重、液体与糖水消耗的干预作用。方法将60只♂SD大鼠随机均分为正常组、模型组、氟西汀组和五参安神胶囊大、中、小剂量组。采用长期轻度不可预见性应激+孤养复制大鼠抑郁模型,观察大鼠体重和摄食量的变化,用敞箱实验及液体消耗实验测定大鼠的行为。结果模型组大鼠的体重增加量、摄食量、敞箱实验得分、糖水消耗均明显下降,纯水消耗显著提高;氟西汀组和五参安神胶囊大、中剂量组抑郁模型大鼠的各种症状均有较大程度改变。结论五参安神胶囊对慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠的行为学、体重、液体消耗及糖水消耗具一定调节作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Wushen Anshen Capsule on behavior, body weight, fluid and sugar consumption in chronic stress depression model rats. Methods 60 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, fluoxetine group and Wushen Anshen Capsules for large, medium and small dose groups. Long-term mild unpredictable stress + lonely rat model of copulation, rat weight and food intake were observed changes in the open-box test and liquid consumption test rat behavior. Results The body weight gain, food intake, open-field test scores and sugar consumption of model rats decreased significantly and water consumption significantly increased. In the model rats of fluoxetine group and Wushen Anshen Capsule, The symptoms have a greater degree of change. Conclusion Wushen Anshen Capsule can regulate the behavior, body weight, fluid consumption and sugar consumption of chronic stress depression model rats.
