买车还是坐公交,这对生活在城市的人来说已经变成了一个哈姆雷特式的命题:To be or not to be,it’s a question。挤公交想买车、买了车怕堵车、回到家难停车……这一连串的问题不但考问着购车者的心理承受能力,同样也表达着配套设施以及管理制度不健全所带来的无奈。其实,停车难这个问题已经不是一个区、一个市、一个省的局部问题了。世界各国,特别是那些发达国家,人均汽车保有量远远高于我国,他们也同样面对着停车难所带来的问题。让我们一起来看看其他国家是如何解决停车难的问题。
