随着经济体制的改革,企业想要在激烈的市场环境中生存,就必须构建有效的管理体制。全面预算管理作为企业有效管理体系中重要的组成部分,是提升企业精细化管理水平的重要手段和方法。全面预算管理通过协调企业整个经营活动的资源来实现企业的资源优化配置,是现代化管理中不可缺少的有效途径。本文首先概述了全面预算精细化管理的含义,其次分析了当前企业进行全面预算管理存在的问题,最后提出了企业实施全面预算管理,提升企业精细化管理水平的建议和策略。
With the reform of the economic system, enterprises want to survive in the fierce market environment, we must build an effective management system. As an important part of an enterprise’s effective management system, total budget management is an important means and method to enhance the level of enterprise’s fine management.
