长跑作为田径运动中一项作为重要的运动,从古至今,一直是人们比较喜欢的运动,尽管古代的田径长跑主要是为了战争,但是从中也能够看出长跑运动在古代的地位。我国各朝各代都有训练长跑的独特方法,有些方法沿用至今,对提高人们的身体素质有着积极的作用。本研究主要通过对历史典籍的阅读,详细论述我国古代田径中的长跑与投掷运动发展情况。
As an important sport in track and field, long-distance running has been a favorite sport since ancient times. Although the ancient track and field long-distance race was mainly for war, it can also be seen from the ancient position of long-distance running. Every generation in our country has a unique method of training long-distance running. Some methods are still in use today and have a positive effect on improving people’s physical fitness. This study mainly elaborates the development of long-distance running and throwing in our country’s ancient track and field by reading the history books.
