文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,对我省高校体育教师参与副教授职称评审的动机与目的进行了研究。结果表明:关于评审动机,大部分教师认为是为了提高专业技术水平,有不少教师认为是为了增加工资,也有部分教师认为是为了提高身份和地位、继续评教授和行政职务晋升;关于评审目的,大部分教师认为可以调动积极性和创造性,也有教师认为可以选拔优秀教师,还有教师认为是高校资源开发和分类管理的需要。
Through literature research, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper studies the motivation and purpose of PE teachers participating in the appraisal of associate professors in colleges and universities in our province. The results show that: Regarding the motivation of appraisal, most teachers think that in order to improve professional skills, many teachers think it is to increase their salaries, while some teachers think that in order to improve their status and status, they continue to evaluate professors and administrative posts; , Most teachers think that they can mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity, there are also teachers that can select outstanding teachers, and teachers believe that the development of university resources and the need for classification management.
